By-Laws & Point System
Each member must earn a minimum of 15 service project/active participation points per year, in order to be considered an active member. The participation point schedule will be re-evaluated and possibly updated each year by the Executive Committee. Currently the point value per activity is as follows:
Officer 2 points
Serving on a Committee 1 point
Attending a meeting 1 point
Attend induction ceremony 1 point
Timely payment of dues 1 point
Service project participation 1 point per hour
Monetary Donation 1 point per $10.00 donated (Maximum 2 points per year)
Donation of Items Point value to be determined by Executive Committee
Additional volunteer participation to be evaluated by Executive Committee with proof of participation, within 30 days of participation or at the next meeting. Point value to be decided by the Executive Committee. Maximum of 4 points per year.
